About 20,000 people from all over the world gathered at Lagos, Nigeria, from November 16th, 2020 to November 22nd. 2020. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome inaugurated his annual International Pastors' and partners (IPPC) conference. (IPPC).

The conference lasted for seven days on the LoveWorld crusade grounds in Lagos, Nigeria. There Pastor Chris Oyakhilome provided 24/7 pastoral care.

The LoveWorld Ministry also provided buses to transport the participants from their accommodation to the LoveWorld Crusade Grounds.

Participants could attend lectures and workshops regarding media strategies, digital communications networking, and ways to establish a productive virtual workplace.
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome invited young pastors to the International Youth Pastors' and Leaders' Conference. They could go on a an inner journey of faith to discover their calling.
Through coaching sessions led by pastors who are experienced in the field, the conference has been able to foster a love in Christ Embassy members for Jesus Christ over the years.
The International Teens Leaders' Conference and Pastors' Conference allowed young pastors to grow in their understanding of God, and also gave them the chance to reflect.
It is believed that the LoveWorld Ministry and Pastor Chris Oyakhilome will help prepare the young people for leadership roles in the church as well as for life in general.
